Someone gave me a bottle of Puritan's Pride E-400 IU Selenium 50 mcg. "The bottle was already open. I have some, but I recognized govern half capsules of vitamin E appear and the other half is larger and darker, it is unclear how the E. I invite open and the liquid was thicker and a bit rough . is selenium? I thought that selenium should be mixed in a capsule of vitamin E.?

Vitamin E should not sandy. Pride E-400, vitamin E, since vitamin E in International Units is measured. I would not accept them, but especially when it seems to be something more. They seem a little mixed with the capsules of vitamin E have to know the person you were?
