I have a recipe that calls for Bisquick, and I have not yet, but I pancake mix, I wonder what the difference is, if I can be a pancake mix instead of

The formulations are different. Most pancake mixes contain all ingredients, except water, for production of pancakes. Bisquick is made of fat, flour and baking ingredients. Both are probably not interchangeable because they were designed for different purposes.

You can use the pancake mix as a coating, especially if you do not have a softer layer, however, but otherwise probably would not work.

I'm sure you can use a pancake mix (add water, if only ...) Bisquick are now confused ... without doubt a recipe for the promotion
